Deb

Deb is a community arts worker, youth worker, natural health therapist, and facilitator. She has worked with a diverse range of communities and groups including local councils, government agencies and community organisations. Her work has assisted groups and individuals to identify their unique voice and to bring it alive through drama, theatre, and community projects. Debra has collaborated with other artists and art forms, as well as, community and health workers, and finds diversity and interest in blending art forms, modalities and intended outcomes. She is also a trained massage therapist and Reiki master who has a keen interest in how our emotional lives affect our physical body and how we as people today connect to spirit. Her work in this field is aimed at educating individuals to connect with and take responsibility for all aspects of their health. She is a marriage celebrant who believes life is enriched by ritual and celebration and seeks to create inclusive ceremonies that genuinely reflect our current world. Debra believes everyone has a unique and worthy story to share and works to invite individulas to not only connect with their own story but to find creative ways to express it.
